The normal length of an apprenticeship is up to 4 years full-time employment. During this time you work on specific units of competency which will make up your identified trade qualification. You will be employed by KEEN Partners and hosted out to a reputable company where you will complete the on-the-job training. You are paid you on time, the correct award, entitlements including superannuation, and all appropriate leave.
KEEN have a 5 stage continuous learning approach to attract, prepare, place, sustain + develop, review + improve.
KEEN place their apprentices with reputable host employers for quality opportunities to build skills and experience and guide you through a full safety induction to ensure you understand your responsibilities and site requirements
